Imperial Court is a development of 25 town and semi-detached style houses within walking distance of the market town of Nantwich, Cheshire. The target purchasers of the homes come from a wide spectrum, from retired couples downsizing to young families. Show homes allow potential buyers to walk through a finished house and get a feel for the space, layout, and quality of the building. They can see how the rooms flow together, imagine their furniture in place, and get a sense of the overall style of the development.
Dressing Rooms of Cheshire fitted out the show home on the Imperial Court estate over a two-day period using our trusted team of fitters and trades. A neutral colour scheme was used throughout in decoration, flooring, furniture, lighting and accessories. Our interior designers added accents of chartreuse mustard and black to create a flow between the spaces. Scandi-style furniture was used in the living spaces to suggest how to best use the space in terms of design and storage solutions.
Show homes are decorated to appeal to a wide range of buyers, and the décor is chosen to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design of show homes helps buyers visualize living in the development. They can help buyers picture themselves living in one of the houses and can give a sense of the community feel of the development.
